We also now have five-pound re-sealable bags, which take up less freezer space than five separate one-pound bags. For medium or medium-dark roasts, we can ship in a five-pound bag along with one or even two one-pound bags. That's up to seven pounds for only $10.90 total shipping cost! (Dark roast takes up more volume, so we can only ship six pounds in a medium flat rate box for dark roast.)

We ship all orders using the Flat Rate box! Anything over five pounds will go into additional flat rate boxes. For example, ten pounds will be $21.40 this way.

We charge actual shipping charges and no handling fees. Shipments to the mainland and Alaska are tax free. The tax for Hawaii residents is 4.167%. (All rates include Delivery Confirmation.) Our experience shows it usually takes three days to reach the West Coast and four to five days to reach the Midwest or East Coast. We strongly recommend insurance, especially during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. Choosing to buy insurance means that we will be able to replace the lost coffee at no additional cost to you, and deal with the post office later to recoup the loss.
