Coffee keeps wonderfully fresh by storing the whole beans in an air-tight bag or canister in the freezer (not the refrigerator). Grind just what you need each time. Cancel or adjust your order at anytime with a two-week notice to us. Your credit card isn't billed until we ship each order.
